Privacy Policy

We collect the following types of information:

• Account information — email address and profile data provided through Auth0 authentication.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, signal interactions, and session duration.
• Device information — browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for security and analytics purposes.
• Billing information — payment details processed securely through Stripe. ParlayForU does not store your full card number.

ParlayForU is built with a local-first design. Sensitive data stays on your device.

• Kalshi API keys and private keys are stored in a local SQLite database on your device and are never transmitted to ParlayForU servers.
• Trading preferences, agent memory, and strategy configurations are stored locally.
• The desktop application (Tauri) runs as a native process with data stored in your system's application support directory.

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To process subscription payments and manage billing.
• To send service-related notifications (outages, feature updates, security alerts).
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve platform performance and reliability.
• To enforce our Terms of Service and protect against fraud or abuse.

The Service integrates with the following third-party providers:

• Kalshi — prediction market trading API. You authorize this connection separately, and your credentials are stored locally.
• Polymarket — public blockchain data for market analysis and insider wallet tracking.
• Odds APIs — publicly available sportsbook odds from 26+ books for cross-market analysis.
• Auth0 — authentication and identity management.
• Stripe — payment processing for subscriptions.
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection.

Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their policies.

• Essential cookies — required for authentication and session management. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics — we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns. No advertising trackers are used.
• We do not use third-party advertising cookies or participate in ad exchanges.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers listed above, solely to operate the Service.
• When required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
• To protect the rights, safety, or property of ParlayForU, our users, or the public.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (with notice to affected users).

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage analytics are retained in aggregate form.

You can delete your account and all associated server-side data through the Settings page. Local data (SQLite database, cached credentials) must be cleared from your device manually or by uninstalling the application.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
• Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
• Export your data in a portable format.

California residents: Under the CCPA, you have additional rights including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
• Enterprise-grade authentication through Auth0.
• Local-first credential storage (API keys never leave your device).
• Rate limiting and request validation on all API endpoints.
• Security headers and CORS policies to prevent common web attacks.

No system is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please contact us immediately.

The Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
