Terms of Service

By accessing or using ParlayForU ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ParlayForU. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

ParlayForU is a prediction market intelligence platform. The Service aggregates and analyzes publicly available data from prediction markets (Kalshi, Polymarket) and 26+ sportsbooks to provide trading signals, odds comparisons, insider wallet tracking, and AI-powered market research.

ParlayForU is not a broker, exchange, or trading platform. We do not hold funds, execute trades on your behalf, or operate a marketplace. All trading activity occurs through third-party platforms via their respective APIs and is subject to their own terms of service.

• You must be at least 18 years old (or 21 in jurisdictions that require it).
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing prediction market data and trading on supported platforms is legal.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service and any connected trading platforms complies with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• ParlayForU does not verify the legality of prediction market participation in your jurisdiction.

You must create an account to access the Service. Authentication is handled through a third-party provider (Auth0). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

When connecting trading platforms (e.g., Kalshi), your API credentials are stored locally on your device in an encrypted local database. ParlayForU servers do not store, transmit, or have access to your trading platform API keys.

You are solely responsible for safeguarding your API credentials and any actions taken through connected trading platforms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activity.
• Attempt to manipulate markets, prices, or signals using information obtained from the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service beyond the provided interfaces without written permission.
• Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical restrictions.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service or its algorithms.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit signals, data, or AI agent outputs from the Service without authorization.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its infrastructure.

All content, software, algorithms, signal scoring models, AI agent outputs, user interface designs, and documentation are the property of ParlayForU or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of your own trading data and any content you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant ParlayForU a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

• ParlayForU does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice. All signals, AI agent outputs, and analytics are informational only.
• Prediction markets, event contracts, and sports betting carry inherent risk, including the risk of total loss of capital.
• Past signal accuracy, historical performance, or conviction scores do not guarantee future results.
• Third-party data (odds, prices, order books) may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. ParlayForU does not guarantee the accuracy of data from external sources.
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any financial outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PARLAYFORU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities based on signals or data from the Service.
• Downtime, outages, or interruptions of the Service or connected third-party APIs.
• Inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete signals, odds, or market data.
• Actions taken by third-party platforms (Kalshi, Polymarket, sportsbooks) including account restrictions or trade reversals.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from compromised credentials.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

ParlayForU may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon account deletion, your server-side data will be removed. Local data (stored in your device's database) must be cleared by you.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
